Vehicle Hire Contract

Below is a copy of the contract that must be agreed to before your booking request can be submitted and a hard copy signed before vehicle release:

1.A Deposit of, at least, 20% of a trip charge is required to hold the vehicle. This deposit will be refundable ONLY if cancellation is effected in not less than 36 hours prior to the pre-arranged trip date and time.

2.No vehicle will be allowed to embark on any journey prior to full payment of the entire charges for the said trip.

3.Payment must be made into the designated company’s bank account by the hirer and not to any driver or employee of the company. Vehicle will not be released for any journey until payment is physically seen in the company’s bank account. Presentation of payment receipt in lieu of payment being seeing in the company’s bank account will not be acceptable nor honored.

4.Customer shall be held liable for any damage done to the vehicle, internally or externally, by customer or family member, ward, or group.

5.Customer is not to engage in any illegal or commercial activities with the vehicle during the period in which the vehicle is hired.

6. Customer shall not serve any alcoholic drinks to our driver. A driver seeing drinking or consuming any alcoholic drink must be reported to the office immediately.

7. Making or asking drivers to take you to a destination not already disclosed on the booking form shall constitute a material breach of this contract. It shall be within the driver’s right to abort the trip, leave the customer, and bring the vehicle home AFTER due consultations with the office. Note that all vehicles are being tracked in real time 24/7. Any driver found to have colluded with the customer will loose his or job, guaranteed.

    AMAZING VIVID GLORY VENTURES (NIG) LIMITED, the “Operator” (having its business address at 2 Okejigbo Street. Iporo Ake. Abeokuta. Ogun State. Nigeria)

    AND

    ,the “HIRER” (Residing at )

    with the following terms:
